At first glance it looks like good mandrel bent 16 gauge aluminized steel. Upon further inspection both the headpipes and tailpipes are in 2 pieces and will require cutting on at least 6 places.
Basic unplated universal hardware. Note the very basic collector reducers, they always leak.
