The huge popularity of our Mustang Exhausts has convinced us to offer this line of headers designed to match perfectly with our systems. We can now offer complete performance exhaust systems from the engine back. You no longer have to match up our Pypes exhaust systems to "no-name" headers. You can order your entire performance exhaust upgrade from Pypes and rest assured that the fit is designed to be SPOT-ON!!
All headers are constructed using 304 Polished Stainless Steel and have a tube diameter of 1 5/8”. High quality gaskets and hardware are included with each pair of headers.

The Pypes Technical crew has been hard at work designing and producing this Cat-back Exhaust system for these popular Corvettes. They will feature a pair of uniquely designed mufflers that feature Pypes exclusive "Slingshot Technology". This Race Pro version will create maximum power but a only a minimal volume increase with no internal resonance. For those that want to have them hear you coming, check out the SCC50V or SCC51V Violator versions. They have a noticeable increase in volume out the back but still sound almost stock inside the car.
 These systems are fully polished 304 Stainless steel to last a lifetime. We have designed two exciting new exhaust tips specifically for this system. SCC50 comes with a wide oval dual wall tip for a unique look. SCC51 comes with dual 3.5" dual wall tips for a more traditional aftermarket look.
We also have some Dyno results that report a significant performance increase over a stock exhaust.
We got a change to run this 1999 Corvette with a Pypes C5 system on a dyno. Here are the results:

2nd Quality System SpecialIt appears that there were several over-the-axle pipes that were manufacturored in 409 Stainless Steel instead of the 304 Polished Stainless Steel. The Mufflers and tips are the only pieces of these systems visable from behind the car and they are still constructed of 304 Polished Stainless Steel. It's just the over-the-axle pipes that were constructed from the wrong material. Because of this mistake we will be blowing-out these 2nd quality systems at a great discount. These 2nd quality systems will be able to ship in January 2008 but you can place your order now before all of these systems are taken.

One of our tech crew designed a CME system for his 1998 Camaro because he wanted to run center exhaust tips. We are considering producing this 3" Stainless Steel exhaust system as a Cat-back (mid-pipe, muffler, tailpipes & splitter tip) or Muffler-back (Muffler, tailpipes & splitter tip) system. We are projecting a full Cat-back system to be priced under $800.00.

These are 5 piece modular catted X-pipe made in 409 stainless with high quality metallic substrate cats. Includes all hangers and stainless clamps. This is a 409 Stainless 2.5" mandrel bent siameese design crossover that will improve horsepower by 10-15 while improving mid-high torque.
