It seemed to us that the stock exhaust on the 2007-13 Jeep JK was missing something in both the performance and sound departments. So we took it upon ourselves to remedy he situation. What we came up with is this HGC exhaust system.
Here is the way this system sounded after it was installed:
Dodge's new Charger has proved to be a popular modern musclecar, dispite the "mild" sound and performance of the factory exhaust. So our Pypes staff went to work designing a new system to increase the Charger's performance and add the aggressive growl that was soarly needed.
This new system is all 409 stainless steel and mandrel bent constuction. It includes an x-pipe to balance the exhaust pulses and get more performance from each stroke of the engine. You can choose any of the Pypes mufflers to get just the right exhaust flow and sound from your Charger. Plus this system connects directly to the factory exhaust tips that are built into the Charger's rear bumper.
Here is the way this system sounded on a 2011 V8 Charger:
In less than 45 minutes, your Camaro can sound like the video below! The Pype Bomb utilizes unique louvered core resonated dual wall 304 stainless tips to give you that incredible musclecar sound without the popping associated with other kits. There's also no drone! Listen to the inside videos taken at all rpm levels.
The top two videos were taken at our facility on a bone stock 2010 Camaro with the Pype Bomb Axleback kit installed. The bottom 2 videos give you a feel for the sound inside the car. Notice you can hear the exhaust under full throttle but there is no resonance even in 6th gear at 1500 rpms!
The 2010 Camaro was one of the most anticipated redesigns in the past couple of years. Once these modern musclecars started to hit the streets, we jumped at the chance to get our hands on them. After hearing the stock sound we decided to design our own system to improve performance and sound. We chose to add a siamese x-pipe to our system to balance the two sides of the exhaust and increase flow. We replaced the stock resonators with a pair of our M-80 mufflers. That allowed us to delete the massive stock mufflers all together and add a better quality tip.
There are already other longtube headers available for 2011-13 Mustangs. We could have easily followed the flock and created a standard header with mediocre horse-power gains. But that's not our style. We chose to take it up a notch. Our 2011-13 Mustang longtube headers may not look like the other longtube headers out there but after you feel the performance, you won't mind one bit.
Testing of these new long tube headers has shown a 27 HP gain over Ford's stock headers. But even more impressive is a 58 HP gain after replacing the stock exhaust system with Pypes Headers and a Pypes Super System.
The first and only Cat Back "Super System" for 2011-13 Mustangs. Our Pypes Exhaust Design Crew noticed that axlebacks don't do a lot for the 2011-13 Mustangs. So a complete Cat-back Performance Exhaust seemed to be in order. After extensive designing and testing we've developed an exhaust system that ramps up the performance and cranks up the sound for these new Mustangs. All pipes are stainless steel, mandrel bent and with a 3" diameter, for an extreme improvement in sound and performance over the stock exhaust. We're not the first out with a system, but if you want something that really gains HP and sounds great, you won't be disappointed.
We are keeping this bold new design "under wraps" for the time being. The complete system details will be unveiled at this year's SEMA convention. While the design is still secret, we encourage you to have a listen at the video clips we've posted. They make it obvious that this system will be worth the wait!
This is a Axle Back muffler delete system that features specials resonated tips. These are perfect for those of you that like the aggressive sound of an Axle Back muffler delete kit but without the popping associated with them.
These Pypes Bomb are available in Polished Stainless or Black Powder Coated Finishes.
The buzz around our New 2011 Mustang SUPER SYSTEM has caused a number of 2005-2010 Mustang owners to ask, "What about us?" After some design modifications and testing we've developed an exhaust system that ramps up the performance and cranks up the sound for the 2005-10 Mustangs. All pipes are stainless steel, mandrel bent and with a 2.5" diameter, for an extreme improvement in sound and performance over the stock exhaust. Who wants to be the first one on the block with it?
Check out the sound videos below of this system on our 2005 test car, you won't be disappointed.
Because of overwhelming demand, our Pypes Exhaust design crew has developed a stack kit for diesel trucks. This kit is a Y-pipe designed to take a diesel truck's single exhaust and allow it to exit from two vertical stacks, right behind the cab. Choose one of the sets of Diesel stack tips we carry to complete the exhaust.
Finish off your new diesel truck stack kit with the Stack that fits your truck the best. We have all the sizes, from a mundane 5" diameter to the insane 16" diameter. Each stack is polished stainless steel and designed to look great for the life of your truck. Or you can opt for the black powder coated finish.
With the addition of our new diesel truck exhaust systems, we've been getting requests for large exhaust tips to match the size of these big powerful trucks. It didn't take much persuading to get out Pypes Design team to create an array of polished stainless or black powder-coated stainless steel tips in a variety of lengths and sizes. These new tips are larger than any others we've ever carried, so they have been aptly names "Monster Tips".
Warning: These tips are NOT recommended for your little Honda hatchback (even though we know some of you will try).
5” in - 10” out, 18” long Monster Tip Black Powder-Coated Finish
