Pypes Exhaust Systems are designed to deliver enhanced performance, provide extra punch in the passing lane and improve gas mileage. Fabricated using the highest quality materials, all these systems feature all 16 gauge, mandrel-bent pipe ensures maximum exhaust gas flow, which can significantly boost horsepower. These systems feature Stainless steel X-pipes and Mufflers plus stainless steel tailpipes. The Stainless steel construction of our pipes and mufflers enables them to resist corrosion and extends the life of the system. Our mufflers are precision matched to deliver the ultimate in sound and performance. Pypes systems come complete with a pair of precision matched Pypes mufflers, factory fit tailpipes, cad plated clamps and hangers. These systems can be installed at home without any special tools. Our easy to install, late model systems are designed to deliver that extra punch you’re looking for and will make sure that you get noticed. Don't forget our fully polished ceramic coated systems give you the longevity of Stainless but look fantastic and increase horsepower!

1966-74 Crossmember-back Systems

Systems come complete with an X-pipe, a pair of Pypes mufflers (Street Pros are standard), cad plated clamps and hangers. All systems feature mandrel bent, 16 gauge, stainless steel pipes. The combination of our crossovers and selection of mufflers delivers a perfect balance of sound and performance. Our Special X-pipe allows the pipe legs to run in driveshaft tunnel in order to optimize ground clearance (2.5” systems).

2005-10 Charger Cat-back Systems

Pypes had the chance to design a performance exhaust system for this popular new car. The 2.5" cat-back system we designed includes an X-pipe, a pair of Pypes mufflers and tailpipes with 3.5" Polished Stainless Steel Tips. The V8 systems were designed for V8 Chargers but will not fit SRT8 models without modification.

2008-10 Challenger Cat-back System

With the growing popularity of these new cars, we took the opportunity to design a preformance exhaust system to take advantage of the Horse Power the engine produces.

The slight fluttering noise at idle will be eliminated with the redesigned rolled edge box tips. A pair of Pypes Race Pro Mufflers were used in this install. For a more raspy chambered muffler sound, Pypes StreetPro’s can be used.
