General Warranty Terms

We stand behind our products — they are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship from the time of purchase
Coverage applies only to vehicles that have not been modified* or suffered structural damage.
If your shipment arrives damaged, contact the carrier to start a damage claim.
All claims require a Return Authorization (RA#) before review.
At our discretion, PPE may repair or replace a component, or replace discontinued products with a comparable alternative.
Warranty is non-transferable.
Costs for removal, reinstallation, shipping, rentals, or towing are not covered.
Other than the terms stated above, all products are sold “AS IS.”

Products purchased through an authorized dealer must be returned to that dealer. Please review their return policy.
Products purchased directly from Pypes must include:
- Return Authorization (RA#)
- Original invoice
- Written statement of reason for return

Non-warranty returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (no exceptions).
Sound/tone preference is not a valid reason for return.
Customer is responsible for all freight costs on returns/exchanges.
Products that have been modified*, cut, welded, bent, misused, or damaged are not eligible for return.

2-Year Warranty from date of purchase.
Same general terms apply as above (defects only, sound not covered, RA# required).
Returns must follow the same process (dealer or direct).

* Any modification, abuse, misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair voids all warranty and return policies.
